3/03 - Donkey Kong climbs the corporate ladder

Donkey Kong and I went to check out what happened to the area where I used to sit.  All the desks are gone!  DK climbed the ladder, pretending he was King of the Jungle.  (I tried not to make jokes about his monkey suit.)

We both laughed when someone came to look at a problem with my laptop and told me I’d have to wait for the “wire monkeys” to come by.  We thought DK might make new friends, but it turned out they were talking about the network guys.  At least they fixed my problem!

7/09 - Mousie's M Club

Mousie found Jeanine's pet monkey, and they hung out for a while...  Sillies.

We had dinner with David, and Mousie found some margaritas.  Mmmmm.

Then, Mousie thought he found a dance floor.  Mousie should not bust a move.  #justsaying

6/25 - Carrot Head is more fun than a barrel of monkeys

Or, at least more than the one trapped on a hoodie in the rain.

3/07 - Alienist is the bow tie on this monkey suit

That’s not just a suit – it’s the full monkey!

Alienist was called to time travel.  He took this picture of him trying to phone home.

9/20 - Littlest Monkey dreams of sweet berries

It was warm in the sunshine, so Littlest Monkey curled up in the branches of a nearby bush for a nap. He was dreaming of something sweet to eat, and then when he woke up, he realized he was surrounded by berries.  Sweet.

This sidewalk elevator is very wise indeed.  Can you read what its sign says?

7/27 - Tiny Gorilla and the giant breakfast burrito

I thought I’d treat myself to a latte and a scone today, but on my way to the coffee shop, I saw a sign for chilaquiles and stopped in my tracks. Turns out the sign was for a chilaquiles breakfast burrito. Delicioso!! (I am still full!!)

We went looking for shoes today at lunchtime. Tiny Gorilla really liked these disco ball shoes, but I didn’t think I could run for BART in them.

We also found a nice tall monkey friend.

6/08 - Police Car does the math

Usually, the police make the bad guys line up.  Today, Police Car got in the line-up with the fire engines.  That’s a good line-up!

The sign said “5 Star Parking,” but Police Car only has 3 stars on him.  How many stars does he need to park in that lot?

They threw these monkeys a tea party to celebrate the queen’s jubilee.   I guess going crazy for cupcakes is a universal (multiversal?) thing.

12/02 - Skull finds a friend (and a bunch of monkeys)

Damien got moved to another building, and it was nice to see him on our floor for a meeting.

Skull tried to do jumping jacks so he looked like a jolly roger too!

Leaf update:  Still not cleaned up at the BART station.  (Or at our house.)  I love the caution tape and safety cones.  Watch out! Leaves! Danger!

Derby update:  We're marching in the Pleasanton Holiday Parade tomorrow.  Come cheer us on!  I made duct star snowflakes for my helmet and everything!
