6/16 - Little People, Big World, and Lots of Toys

The kids of my twitter friend @purplecrazies sent her to work with some toys today.  I think they like what we do!  Here is my toy (shall we call her Annie?), next to her toys. This was a multi-media event!  Thanks to Linda for using her phone to take a picture of the picture on my phone!

I thought these flowers looked like butterflies.  (Of course, I am blinded in the bright sun without my sunglasses these days.)

Lil' Guy sent Sally with me to roller derby practice, but it's all business there.  So here's a picture of Sally, stripey socks, and scuffed skates.

3/04 - Susan haz a hideout

Susan has built a fort out of my coffee holder.

David smiles slyly at Susan.  It looks like she and Tweet want to jump into his noodles! Stop, Susan, stop!

8/18 - Sally the phone surfer

Sally and I had 7 meetings today.  Ick!   *And* my phone was taking photos, but not sending them, until this afternoon.  Funsies!

8/16 - Look out, Pat! She's got you in her sights!

I think she likes Pat's hat.  What do you think of that?

Later, Pat witnessed mass destruction... They are taking down an overpass by work.  One machine drilled away at the big cement post, and the other one clawed at the beams to bring them down.  I have some movies to show you when I get home.

3/31 - Sally plays chopsticks

Sally and I went to lunch with Linda at the sushi place.  None of us had sushi!  Or used the chopsticks!  Aren't we silly?

1/12 - Lucy and the Very Big Coffee

Lotsa meetings today, so poor Lucy didn't get to do much.  I was still drinking that morning's (cold) Very Big Coffee at lunchtime.

We took a break in the afternoon and looked for other Little People on the computer.  (No, the Fisher Price ones, silly!)

This week, Ashley helped me realize that most of my work projects correspond to one or more childhood games.  My current project is "Red Light, Green Light."  The big project on my last team was most definitely "Whack-a-Mole."  We've all had the "Hot Potato" project, have we not?  And who hasn't played "Hide and Seek" trying to avoid a coworker or task?  Woe to the worker bee on the "Dodgeball" project!

I could go on and on, but that would be too depressing.  Don't let that stop you from commenting, though...  Which projects would you rather take to the playground?
