6/13 - Dad Alien says congratulations! Twice, even!

We met up with the always lovely and newly wed Katelyn for lunch.  Congratulations!

And then, oh my goodness, the twins were finished with first grade!  Just like that!  W.O.W.  Congratulations, my sweeties!  You worked so hard this year.

6/12 - Dad Alien sees a rainbow

Rainbow flowers, to be exact.  Happy pride month!

6/11 - Dad Alien says, "As above, so below."

The workers were up, Dad Alien was down.  (I was taking the photo.  Guess that makes me next to.)

Now Dad Alien wants to be a monster. I think he’d be a good one, don’t you?

6/10 - Strange creatures study Dad Alien

6/06 - Dad Alien works the smooth

Today on the way to work, we met a monk that gave us a blessing, a shiny gold card, and a special bracelet.  And then shook us down for a donation.  Hrm.

After work, we met our Twitter friend @CheapGirlDraws, who was just as delightful in real life as she is online!  I love it when that happens.

This was on the back of a pick-up truck.  Pretty snazzy, eh?

The last time you twins saw Alan (or his husband Will), you were two years old!! It felt like it had been that long since he and I had lunch, so we decided to do something about it.

8/30 - Dad Alien thinks he found his spaceship

He was ready to go home to his planet, but the spaceship was really a fire hydrant… So he’s still here with me at work.  Zorp.

We had lunch with new work friend Kari today. She has a cute little doggie at her house named Fido!

Kindy update:  The twins are still loving school!  Yay!!
