7/31 - Headless Mario is a star!

He loved being in the spotlight and started to do a little dance.  The BART commuters in the station thought he was a little strange.  (It could be the missing head thing….)

Mario -- look out!  You’re about to be hit by a VW bus!  Get out of the road!  Someone get him a seeing eye dog right away...

Speaking of dogs, Rosemary and I saw a big, fluffy, interesting dog at the restaurant.

Then we ate way too much macaroni and cheese... Nom.

4/05 - Service Dog gets a workout

I went to bed with a mild cold and woke up in the very early morning with a painful ear infection.  Youch!  After helping get the kids ready for school, I went back to bed until they came home (OK, it was a bit past that).  Here's my early afternoon breakfast -- and faithful companion.

We went to the doctor and got antibiotics.  Service Dog wanted to push me around in a chair, but I thought it would make me dizzy.

While I was there, they reminded me it was time for my mammogram.  Why not be squished and inflamed at the same time?  Here's hoping tomorrow is a little bit less painful.
