12/30 - Farmer Pat and the Very Big Plant

PAT SAT ON A BOX.

"Yee haw!"

At lunch, Pat found a Very Big Plant.

I liked the pot it was in.

12/29 - CowCow loves construction

CowCow and I took a break this morning and surfed the internet for some heifers.

At lunch, we had to take her photo with the Ferry Building clock.  And a shiny gold statue at the Thai restaurant.

On our way back to work, we saw an open manhole.  Such a large lid!

12/28 - Bob with zig zigs and zebra plant

Today's letter is Z!  Bob and I saw Zig Zag lights at the train station.  Mommy has a new Zebra plant at work.

At lunch, we learned that Bob is alllmooooost as tall as a salt shaker (and somewhat shaped like one as well).

12/24 - C is for Cookie

I'm off work until next week, so only real helpers at home.  Here are the masterpieces we made today.

Lil' Gal has a heavy hand with the sprinkles.

Lil' Guy ate more candies than he put on the cookies.

Let's hope Santa likes them!  Merry Christmas!

12/22 - Mommy has the sniffles

Just in time for Christmas, it's my annual cold!  Bah.  At least Froggy was sympathetic.

Not much time to play today, what with the cold and wrapping up work stuff for my long holiday weekend.  Here's Froggy waiting for the Elevators That Never Come.

12/21 - 'Ella, 'ella, 'ella...

Today, each twin gave me a toy to bring to work.  Since Lil' Gal doesn't usually participate more than giving a veto vote, I brought both toys in.  Hopefully this won't be a dangerous precedent and require me building an ark.  Although it *was* rainy today.

At lunch, we saw a larger-than-me Nutcracker while checking out the Snow Village at the Hyatt.

Later, Piggy and Ostrich were so cute hanging out together, I just took their close-up.  Hi!  Hi!

12/18 - Dino says, "Eat cookies! Roar!!"

I brought in some cookies to share with my coworkers, and Dino wanted some, too.

At lunch, we saw a neato pirate ship, and Dino wanted to go for a ride.  We couldn't get it out of the glass case, and we ROARED!

Then, we got a card from Mommy's work friend.  It had a picture of their cute twins in it, which our cute twins met when they were in town visiting.  Dino promised to bring the card home to Lil' Guy and Lil' Gal.

Aren't Ryan and Katie darling?

12/17 - Ostrich on ice

Ostrich found a big paper snowflake at Mommy's desk today.

Then, she wanted to help Mommy with a spreadsheet. And she learned some numbers!

We finished up the day with a team party at Jackie's (not pictured) lovely home, where even the chandeliers were decorated festively... and Mommy triumphed at Taboo!

12/16 - Menage a fog

Tiger and I saw a band playing Christmas carols and lots of umbrellas on the way into work this morning!

Tiger and Turkey and I had lunch with David.  It was very foggy!
Can you see the bridge behind them?

12/16 - Turkey and the pirates

The pirates took really good care of Turkey last night when he stayed at work.  They let him go on the pirate ship!
Turkey says "Gobble gobble gobble arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!"

(Looking more closely at Turkey...  I wonder -- is he really a peacock??)

12/15 - Going cold Turkey

Today, Turkey and I found a pretty leaf next to Mommy's car in the train parking lot.

Then, Fireman Sam would've been proud as we helped the floor in a fire drill.  (Mommy's a floor warden!)

At the team holiday party, we won some pancake mix and syrup at the white elephant gift exchange.  Yum!

Then, Mommy was very naughty and accidentally left Turkey at work!  (We hope!)

12/14 - Talking Turkey

OK, he was actually a very quiet companion, but this Monday has beaten the cleverness out of me.

This morning, we saw neato fog in the hills while we waited for the train.

At lunch, we saw a column with dolphins that were blue, just like Turkey.

Then we had a zillion meetings.  The end.

12/11 - Handy Pandy

I don't know why there was a balloon on this meter, but Panda and I liked it.

It was cold on Friday!  Mommy wore gloves to get lunch.

And here is wonderful Wanda.  She rocks harder than anyone we know.

12/09 - Hulk the herald angels sing

I've recruited the Hulk for our Floor Warden team.  The helmet's a little big for him, though.

  To the rescue!

At lunch, we saw a tiny Christmas tree.

Then, Hulk got high on life --er, Mommy's cubicle.

12/08 - Hulk 'n Honey

The mighty Hulk is small next to over-sized Christmas balls.

Hulk and Honey Bear.

Doug gave the Hulk a new pet. Lil' Guy named her "Periwinkle."  (Not bad for a 3-year old!)

12/07 - Trolling for friends

It was the kind of Monday where it felt like I'd already lived through an epic eastern European film before I even got to work.  And it was cold!

What is this fun little truck?

Then, we looked at the kids on the computer, and Troll made friends with the bug ladies.

After work, we went to a holiday party, where people dressed as Christmas trees, roller derby girls sat on Santa's lap, and we saw the big tree in Union Square, which was the same shape as Troll!

What do you mean "No Trolls?!"

12/04 - Piggy's big adventure

Today, I picked out my own toy, as everyone was sleeping when I left for an early meeting.  :(   I picked the pig that I always like to play with and the twins rarely do.

OINK! OINK!!
It's cold outside today!

At lunch, I had to drop off my camera for repair.  Piggy and I took a bus and saw skyscrapers and a historical fountain whose significance escapes me at this time.

At the end of our crazy work day, Piggy and I went back to pick up the camera (it only needed a cleaning! yay!), and headed out for Mommy's haircut.

Mommy's "beauty operator" Ally is silly and likes to play.  (Hi, Ally!)

Well, that was quite a day.  Don't you think?
